The Kent County Amateur Radio Club (KCARC) invites all members, guests, and the public to our 2026 Summer Field Day, happening June 27th and 28th. This annual event celebrates the spirit of amateur radio, bringing together operators of all experience levels for a weekend of communication, learning, and community.

Live Radio Operations: Experience hands-on HF, VHF setups. Whether you’re a seasoned ham or just curious, there’s something for everyone.
Community Outreach: Learn how amateur radio supports emergency communications and public service.
Food and Fellowship: Enjoy great food and good company throughout the weekend.

🕒 Schedule
Saturday, June 27: Setup begins in the morning, operations start at 2pm til 8pm.
Sunday, June 28: Continued operations and tear-down, 9am to 5pm.
🎯 Purpose
Field Day is more than just a contest—it’s a chance to test equipment, practice emergency readiness, and share the excitement of radio with the community. KCARC members will be on hand to help newcomers get on the air and explain how amateur radio connects people across the world.
