ARRL Basic Emcomm Course, EC-001
John K3PFW and Jerry N3KRX hosted the ARRL Basic Emcomm Course, EC-001, that took place on August 13-14 and 20-21 at the Dover Delaware EOC.
The course is designed to provide basic knowledge and tools for any emergency communications volunteer. The course had 6 sections with 28 lesson topics, and includes a selection of student activities, knowledge review quizzes, and a final assessment.
